My career in the beauty industry for over 25 years has been centered around a love for education about what we put in and on our bodies, and an awareness of the toxic chemicals that we are exposed to on a continual basis. My goal is to share what I learn along the way in my own personal health journey with the people I love and care about.
My world was rocked a few short years ago when my Mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. That, along with my own personal health issues, has fueled my passion even more to educate others to have an awareness of living a more holistic, toxin free life.
My hope for you is to gain some education about living holistically - body, mind, and soul, and also to experience a passion for health and nutrition, product & ingredient knowledge, personal care swaps, and some happy stuff too. :)
Do I live a perfectly balanced life? No. It's really hard! But, what I strive for are small, tangible changes to better my health and life, every single day. I’d love to help you on your journey to do the same!
